Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). 

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Unfortunately, we don’t offer expedited shipping at this time.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless there’s an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for items purchased directly from our website. To request a return or replacement, please complete the form below with your product information. Our team will review your request and reach out, in most cases, we’ll work to replace the product first to make things right.

Retail Purchases

If your smallbatch product was purchased through one of our retail partners or another online store, please contact that retailer directly to follow their return policy.

We do our best to handle every concern quickly and fairly. Returned items should be in their original packaging when possible. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
