These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any related features, content, accounts, and services, as well as the purchase of our products offered online (collectively, the "Products and Services").
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing Products and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return Policy (together, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell certain Products and Services. Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be governed by Shopify’s terms and policies.

Frozen and perishable products are available through authorized retailers and wholesale partners only and are not shipped from this Site.

ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including per person, household, or account limits, and to verify identity or payment details before acceptance.
If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Shopify Payments. We do not store full credit card numbers.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, taxes, and shipping.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
We ship shelf-stable Products within the United States via common carriers.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of items to the carrier.
Frozen products are not shipped from the Site.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for items purchased directly from our website.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@smallbatchpets.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

WHOLESALE, STORE LOCATOR AND AUTHORIZED RETAILERS
Our Site may include a store locator for independent retail and wholesale partners.
We are not responsible for third-party inventory, pricing, or policies.
To protect product integrity, we only warrant Products sold on our Site or through authorized retailers.
We do not authenticate, replace, or warrant items purchased from unauthorized resellers. Such purchases void any applicable warranty.

The arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, or remotely at the arbitrator’s discretion.
Arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You waive any right to a jury trial.
Either party may seek provisional remedies in court, such as injunctive relief, to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time for any reason.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; WAIVER

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
