Thaw ahead of time in the refrigerator. When transitioning to Smallbatch, mix with your current brand of food for the first 5–7 days to support a gentle transition. For optimal freshness, serve within 2–3 days of defrosting. For nursing or pregnant dogs and puppies, feed approximately 2–3 times the suggested adult feeding guidelines, divided into multiple meals throughout the day. I have been feeding Smallbatch to my two dogs for ~10 years or so. We rotate through numerous products and proteins but the frozen raw pork patties in the 18lb bulk box are my FAVORITE product by far. My dogs love this novel, neutral protein and I love the efficiency and convenience of the patties offered in a bulk size. Finding humanely raised and harvested pork products can be difficult, but Smallbatch nails it! Between the high meat content recipes, 100% organic produce and convenient to serve portions, I will ALWAYS use Smallbatch products for my pets!
